At least 57 people, including 22 women and 17 children, have been killed in northern Darfur in Sudan after a camp hosting displaced families was bombed on Saturday, Unicef has said.1
The drone strike on the Dar al-Arqam displacement centre in the city of El Fasher in North Darfur state has been widely attributed to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a paramilitary group that has been openly at war with Sudan’s national army since April 2023.2
