    High-Fiber Cranberry-Orange Overnight Oats

Photographer: Robby Lozano, Food Stylist: Isabelle Easter, Prop Stylist: Keoshia McGhee

These cranberry-orange overnight oats are pure fall sunshine in a jar. Each spoonful balances citrusy brightness, cranberry zing and cozy cinnamon spice between layers of creamy oats and chia seeds. These oats are perfect for meal prep or anytime you need a cheerful start to your day.

    Cranberry-Cashew Energy Cups

Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall, Prop Stylist: Julia Bayless.

Beat your afternoon slump with these cranberry-cashew energy cups! They’re a tasty, no-bake snack that’s perfect for a quick pick-me-up. They combine sweet dried cranberries, creamy cashew butter and dark chocolate for a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. These little cups are easy to make ahead and great for grab-and-go snacks.

Cranberry & Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Wreath

Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall, Prop Stylist: Lindsey Lower

This cranberry and goat cheese puff pastry wreath is an easy Christmas appetizer that’s sure to impress. Despite its elegant look, it’s incredibly simple to make, with just a few ingredients and minimal prep time. Whether served as a centerpiece or passed around as bites, this wreath will bring holiday cheer to your next gathering!

    Cranberry Nut Bread

Photographer Victor Protasio, Food Stylist Sally McKay, Prop Stylist Hannah Greenwood

This cranberry nut bread brings together the tartness of fresh cranberries with the crunch of walnuts, all wrapped in a moist, tender loaf. Whether enjoyed as a breakfast, snack or dessert with coffee, cranberry nut bread offers a little bit of holiday cheer in every bite. To make it a little sweeter and to bring out more citrusy flavor, drizzle it with the optional orange glaze before slicing and serving.

    Cranberry-Pistachio Energy Balls

Photographer: Brie Goldman, Food Stylist: Addelyn Evans, Prop Stylist: Gabriel Greco

These energy balls marry cranberries and pistachios for a festive pick-me-up to fuel a workout or enjoy as an afternoon snack. Tahini has a mild taste that doesn’t overpower the other flavors, but any nut butter, from almond butter to cashew butter, can be used in its place.

    Cranberry-Almond Broccoli Salad

Iain Bagwell Styling: Heather Chadduck Hillegas

Broccoli salad is usually drowning in a creamy, often very sweet, dressing and studded with 1/2 pound crumbled bacon, making it more about the dressing and bacon than about the actual broccoli. Ours uses a combination of canola mayonnaise and Greek yogurt to keep the calories in check. We opt for center-cut bacon (a bit less of it) and swap the usual raisins for lower-sugar dried cranberries to pack a subtle punch of tart. The best part of this salad? The longer it sits, the better it gets.

    High-Fiber Apple-Cranberry Baked Oats

Photographer: Jen Causey, Food Stylist: Emily Nabors Hall, Prop Stylist: Julia Bayless

This cranberry-apple baked oatmeal is the perfect fall breakfast to cozy up to. Combining the comforting warmth of baked oats with the seasonal sweetness of apples and the tartness of cranberries, this dish is a delicious and nourishing way to start the day. Oats and apples are packed with fiber, promoting a healthy gut and keeping you fuller longer. We like naturally sweet, firm apples like Honeycrisp and Fuji. If you prefer something a little more tart, swap one out for a Granny Smith.

Sweet Potato Home Fries with Cranberry-Hazelnut Crumble

Photographer: Fred Hardy, Food Stylist: Chelesa Zimmer, Prop Stylist: Christine Keely

These home fries are made with sweet potatoes, which are rich in fiber as well as vitamin A, a nutrient which can help support a healthy immune system. Actor Anthony Anderson likes sprinkling a cranberry-hazelnut crumble on top for an easy but delicious upgrade.

    Cranberry-Walnut Chickpea Salad

Photographer: Rachel Marek, Food stylist: Lauren McAnelly

We swap chickpeas in for chicken to create a satisfying vegetarian main that’s perfect for lunch. Cranberries add a sweet-tart flavor, while toasted walnuts and celery provide crunch. Serve over leafy greens or use as a sandwich filling.

Whipped Feta with Cranberries & Walnuts

Photographer: Robby Lozano, Food Stylist: Melissa Gray, Prop Stylist: Josh Hoggle

This festive whipped feta dip is the perfect appetizer for any gathering. If the feta seems too thick, add 1 teaspoon water at a time until loosened. Walnuts provide a nice crunchiness, but you could easily swap in another nut like pecans or pistachios. If you have leftover cranberry sauce, try a dollop in some yogurt or oatmeal for an easy breakfast.

Buttermilk Cranberry Pie with Gingersnap Crust

    Johnny Autry

This buttermilk pie is a stunner—and perfect for the holidays—with its creamy, golden custard marbled with a crimson cranberry swirl.

    Cranberry-Almond Energy Balls

    Ali Redmond

These energy balls are the perfect make-ahead snack. Filled with cranberries, almonds, oats and dates, these energy balls come together in minutes. Maple syrup and tahini help bind everything together while adding a touch of sweetness and bitterness.

    Cranberry-Prosecco Cocktail

A splash of cranberry juice in sparkling wine and a garnish of cranberries and rosemary sprigs combine into an exceptionally festive party-ready cocktail that’s easy to make, too.

    Cranberry Cheesecake Bars

A great dessert option for your next holiday party, these sweet cheesecake bars have an oat crust and a cranberry-orange sauce that’s swirled on top and baked right in.
