    The event, which runs from Dec. 2 to 4 in the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, expects over 1,500 exhibiting companies and upwards of 24,000 attendees over the next three days.

    Below a round-up of some of the supplement ingredient suppliers showcasing how their biotic, proteins and botanical solutions can be integrated into diverse food and beverage formats to meet growing consumer demand for gut metabolic, cognitive health support in the food supply.

    Beneo, Booth #40C40

    Beneo is highlighting how its functional ingredients help manufacturers improve nutritional profiles for products aimed at long-term weight management, presenting new ‘protein in’ and ‘sugar out’ concepts featuring plant-based proteins, prebiotic fibers and low-glycemic carbohydrates.

    FrieslandCampina Ingredients, Booth #71K10

    FrieslandCampina Ingredients is highlighting how its portfolio of protein and prebiotic ingredients, including animal and plant proteins, lactoferrin, whey ingredients, pea protein and other dairy components can be used in various applications such as beverages, dairy products, functional foods and drinks, infant nutrition and sports nutrition.

    Gelita, Booth #40H91

    Under the theme of ‘Be Active!’, Gelita is showcasing how its portfolio of Bioactive Collagen Peptides—including Verisol, PeptEndure, Fortigel, Fortibone, Tendoforte and BodyBalance—supports targeted benefits from beauty-from-within and muscle strength to joint health, recovery and longevity.

    This includes ready-to-market prototypes such as beauty drinks, sports performance beverages and healthy aging concepts.

    Horphag Research, Booth #71D37

    Horphag Research is presenting its Pycnogenol French maritime pine bark extract for cardiovascular and cognitive health, women’s health, skin appearance, joint care and more; Robuvit French oak wood extract for natural energy, mitochondrial function, detox support, fatigue management and recovery; and Centellicum, a new collagen-modulating Centella asiatica extract that promotes skin regeneration and tissue remodeling.

    Kensing, Booth #71C20

    Kensing is showcasing its range of specialty ingredients derived from vegetable oils, including plant sterols, natural vitamin E, anionic and amphoteric surfactants, and specialty esters.

    After receiving EFSA Novel Food approval for its sunflower-sourced Sunvasterol ingredient, the company will share how Sunvasterol can support the development of heart-health product concepts.

    Nexira, Booth #40H10

    Nexira is spotlighing its portfolio of solutions for functional and plant-based beverages, focusing on meeting rising consumer expectations around positive nutrition, gut health and sensory experience.

    The company’s precision prebiotics and botanical extracts include guarana for natural energy, ginseng for cognitive support, lemon balm for relaxation, hibiscus for antioxidant activity and green tea for vitality and weight-management positioning.

    It is also showcasing its acacia fiber prebiotic ingredients, and host an in-booth “Is fiber the new protein?” session on Dec. 3 at 11 a.m.

    Prinova, Booth #40C42

    Prinova is presenting its new Inner Power range, consisting of three functional beverage concepts developed to address rising consumer interest in beauty, gut health and cognitive well-being.

    Inner Glow is a citrus and maracuya beauty-from-within beverage concept formulated with marine collagen, lemon balm, chamomile extract and supportive vitamins. Inner Balance targets gut health, featuring lime, cucumber and mint flavors and includes Aquamin, ginger root extract, apple cider vinegar and passion flower extract. And Inner Focus, a winter berry blush beverage, combines a B-vitamin blend with coenzyme Q10 and BrainBerry to support focus and mental energy.

    Rousselot, Booth #40H111

    Collagen and gelatin brand Rousselot is highlighting Nextida GC, its collagen peptide ingredient to support metabolic wellness by naturally stimulating GLP-1 and GIP secretion.

    It is also showcasing prototypes, including Peptan-powered beverages, functional gummies and a low-sugar, high-fiber snack bar enriched with collagen protein. Its education session, “The GLP-1 Effect: Shaping the Next Wave of Nutritional Innovation”, will examine opportunities for GLP-1 companion products, ranging from nutritional support and glucose regulation to gut comfort and muscle preservation.

    ThreoTech, Booth #71P45

    ThreoTech is showcasing Magtein, its magnesium L-threonate ingredient, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. It recently received EU Novel Food approval and was granted exclusive marketing rights in the EU for five years.

    Magtein is designed to effectively cross the blood–brain barrier, supporting applications related to cognitive health, memory, mood, stress and sleep.

    ThreoTech will provide information on the ingredient’s science, permitted uses and formulation options for brands exploring cognitive-health and wellness solutions.

    VeCollal, Booth #72J25

    VeCollal is presenting its full portfolio of plant-based type I and type II plant-based collagens, backed by clinical studies and patent-pending technology. The formulas seek to replicate the human collagen amino acid profile and deliver results with lower daily doses.

    The company will be sharing data from a new study which found 56 days of VeCollal supplementation could reduce visible cellulite by 20.1%. Furthermore, it is announcing investment from French VC fund Seventure Partners to back the expansion of the ingredient.
